According to good ol’ TMZ, actress and Single Ladies producer Queen Latifah will be showing off her ballroom dancing skills on the dancefloor of Dancing with the Stars:
Queen Latifah and Snooki will sign on to do the next season of “Dancing with the Stars” … sources connected with the show tell TMZ. And, show sources tell us, Tiffani Thiessen will also be a contestant. As TMZ has already told you, Rob Kardashian will also compete. Producers have said they wanted to upgrade the contestants for the new season, which begins next month. [Source]

SINGLE LADIES GET HIGH VIEWER RATING
Speaking of Queen Latifah and Single Ladies, sadly the first season of the VH1 television series came to an end earlier this week. On the brighter side, the show did very well and raked in 3.3 viewers during the season finale episode!
At 9:00PM*, the season finale of VH1’s first hour-long scripted series “Single Ladies ” also drew a season high impressive 1.4 rating in the key P18-49 demo and 2.2 million total viewers. When combined with its 11PM* encore, “Single Ladies” drew in 3.3 million total viewers. Across its movie and eight premieres, “Single Ladies” averaged 2.9 million total viewers for premiere and first encores.
That’s a good look! Single Ladies will be returning in 2012 and filming will begin very soon. If you missed the season finale or have yet to see the show, head on over to SingleLadies.VH1.com to watch the entire season. Congrats to the Queen and her team!
Single Ladies? Really? The show is a sleeper. If you are watching Lisa Raye for her acting you might as well watch paint dry. Stacy Dash is one washed up hot candy, and I forgot the blonde girl.

i like the show single ladies….i think its very real . especially stacey’s character …i also like the fact it looks at marriage from the point of view of the woman cheating and not a man cheating…. i hear stacey got fired ??? concreteloop please report on this , thanx in advance

I love this show and I am married. We discuss it at work just like back in the day when I watched the soaps. I am so glad we have a show with african american cast members. It reminds me of sex and the city. Love the fact its not one of those ctazy reality shows they are taking over tv they need to stop it now.

The show is actually really good. True, the acting isn’t the best but the story line is really good, and the fashion is amazing. I did hear that Stacy isn’t returning for next season due to some mess with Lisa-Raye.
I am so happy to hear that Single Ladies will be returning, I just hate that it won’t be until January 2012. That’s the only reason that I’m on this website is because I wanted to see if it was returning. I love all the characters. They are all so diversed! It reminds me of Girlfriends, another show that I hate did not come back. It is so good to see Stacey Dash and Lisa Raye on a hit show. I am so proud of Queen Latifah for handling her business like she’s doing. It seems to me that everything she produces does very well. Keep doing what you’re doing Queen because you do it so well; and if you are looking for additional producers – Holla, because that’s what I do~
