After having #dembabies, Mariah Carey is back to her music grind. The 41 year-old mother of two has gotten to work on her upcoming, untiled studio album. With many producers and writers itching for credits on her album, Mariah has decided to work with one of her favorite producers again, Jermaine Dupri!
The two longtime friends posted pictures of themselves enjoying themselves, while working hard at laying down tracks in the studio. We’re sure they’ve been cooking up some musical magic. Hopefully her first single will drop really soon! *does a happy dance*

Yes, yes, YES! It looks like Ms. Southern Hummingbird aka Tweet is coming back to the music game! It has been six years since her second studio album It’s Me Again. Since then Tweet had been working on releasing her 3rd album Love, Tweet but had to cancel any release of its single tracks due to an online leak.
No word on what the new album will be titled. But the good news is: a new gem is on the way!

I knew she was gonna have an album soon because she was doing too many features to not have one. I was disappointed that Eve hasn’t dropped one yet. Brandy… I love her and have loved her since day one. However her guest on Ginuwine’s album made me hope for a new brandy album and then it came and then I sighed. I was not happy. Most of her unreleased material was better than the album. What she needs to do is if she feels like it shouldn’t be on the album then put it on the album and the other stuff leave it off. She should have a listening party like beyonce did of her fans to go through all her material and ask them to pick what stays and what goes.
I often listen to Tweet’s album. One of my top faves honestly. I am looking forward for more great music!!!
