J. Cole and Trey Songz hit Barbados for the new video for his second single, “Can’t Get Enough,” lifted from his debut album, Cole World: The Sideline Story.
The video, which J. Cole describes as “‘Big Pimpin’,’ minus the million-dollar budget,” features a cameo from Rihanna. Cole World: The Sideline Story hits stores September 27th.

I like this song a lot. Trey looks might cut in this video. Sadly he still does NOTHING for me lol…cool Rihanna cameo. this video gave me a 90s throwback with the brown and dark skinned chicks in it. I think that’s why I love this video a lot. Rare to see them in videos these days….#appreciated

The song is ok. With the exotic location, I was expecting a little more with the visuals. Barbados is FUN, this video looked like the day AFTER carnivale when everybody is tired and gone back to work. Also, if you are going to enlist Trey- the R&B dude–why just waste the feature by having him ‘sing’/talk through a dry, repetitive hook? If he’s on the track, let this guy sing! JCole could’ve done his OWN hook if this is all Trey was going to do with it. Cool for the RiRi cameo–but thats the case of too little too late… The video falls flat for me because it is somewhat boring. THis could’ve been shot on the beaches of Malibu. NO need to travel to Barbados if you don’t really really USE the locale to your advantage. I’m just saying….
Coming from someone who has been to Barbados several times, I get it…. the scenes from Bridgetown, the natives on the side of the street, the pretty brown girls, chill vibe, it definitely captured the essence of Barbados. Sometimes you don’t need the glitz and glamour to be good. AND TO KEEP IT A 100% REAL, THE PRETTY BROWN GIRLS HAD ME FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END!
