Supermodel Naomi Campbell fades to blue and black on the No.5 Issue of the French/German publication, LURVE Magazine. On the dark cover, the fiery supermodel vet rocked a blue hoodie from Gareth Pugh’s Fall/Winter collection with a contrasting laced top. When asked about the less than usual look for Naomi, LURVE founder/editor Lyna Ahanda shared:
“In this shoot, we wanted Naomi to look like a modern day Mona Lisa. She’s not sporting the usual long locks that we are used to seeing her with. Our idea was to make her look very different – yet still with an iconic reference. She’s a beautiful woman, no doubt. I was not really surprised to learn last year that she’s going bald due to the stress of overstyling during her long career. I mean, her edges are truly gone, no growing back.
