“The King of the South”/author, T.I. dropped another single, “Here Ye, Hear Ye” in collaboration with producer/N.E.R.D.’s Pharrell aka Sk8brd P. This track comes off of T.I.’s 8th upcoming album, which has yet to be titled.
During it’s debut on Hot 97, Pharrell called in to talk more about working with “The Rubberband Man”:
“My man came home and I just sent him something,” Pharrell told Funkmaster Flex. “And he got to it. You know what it is? He just got home. He’s in training. He’s getting ready. These are pull-ups, push-ups for Tip.”

Ooh, gave me a headache – This new stuff doesn’t compare to the genius of old school rap & hip-hop. Big Daddy Kane, Kool Moe Dee & Run DMC come to mind.
