Looks like Robin Givens is back to working her acting chops. In conjunction with Conquest Films, Givens alongside, Miguel Nunez, Bobby V., Veronica Rodriquez and Tiara Gathright will be starring in a new independent film, Should’ve Put A Ring On It. Basketball Wives’ very own Tami Roman made an appearance at the 2011 Circle of Sisters Expo at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City. The television personality spoke on a relationships panel and joined virgin Indian and Brazilian remy hair company, Crème de -la Crème Hair at their booth to promote their collaborated hair extensions line, Curls By Roman.

MAG COVER: MALCOLM JAMAL-WARNER POSES FOR ‘HEED’ & TALKS NEW SHOW

Malcom Jamal-Warner is all smiles on the cover of HEED Magazine‘s Fall issue. The 41-year-old actor is getting ready for his return to television with his role as Alex Reed on BET’s newest sitcom, Reed Between the Lines, co-starring Tracee Ellis Ross (Carla Reed). On the show the Reeds play a modern-day version of a couple that is very much like the Huxtables in The Cosby Show.

VIDEO: T-BOZ SPEAKS ON BRAIN TUMOR & SICKLE CELL w/ CNN

It has been over 16 years since we all heard the urban rhythm of “Chasing Waterfalls”. Before the glam and the glitz of the music business, former TLC member, Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins struggled with sickle cell anemia, a chronic illness and an incurable blood disorder that leaves people exhausted and in constant pain. After being told at the tender age of 7 that she wouldn’t live pass the age of 30 or be able to have children, Watkins never accepted it as her reality.

Nearly 5 years ago, T-Boz began experiencing frequent headaches and discovered that she had a non-cancerous brain tumor. Due to her sickle cell anemia, her doctor made it clear that surgery would be too dangerous and radiation would affect her career & quality of life.

With a strong step out on faith, Watkins found a surgeon to successfully remove her tumor, proving her relentless ability to defeat all odds.
