Comedian Kevin Hart covers the November/December issue of DUB Magazine and talks his growing love for cars, including the appeal of his 2011 Ford Explorer. In addition to talking cars and SUVs, Hart highlights his growing success as both a comedian and an actor.
On the path to building his empire in Hollywood, Hart is also enlarging his garage so that it fits his mogul mentality.
“The more money you make the more expensive your interest and hobbies get. I can now afford to have more cars, so my love for them has definitely increased over the last couple of years. Expect to see a nice collection in a few years.”
At the moment, his collection includes a 2011 Range Rover Supercharged, 2011 limited edition Ford Explorer thanks to a collaboration with the automaker and a 1966 Pontiac GTO. Continue
A comfortably dressed Nia Long was spotted in Los Angeles, California with a Starbucks iced tea in hand, doing a little shopping and relaxing. The 40-year-old mother-to-be is on the last trimester of her pregnancy and is expecting the baby any day now.
In EBONY magazine’s November 2011 issue, Long posed for the cover and revealed that she asked God for another child:
“I honestly asked God for this. [...] I remember I was driving home from the doctor, and I called Ime and I was like, ‘Babe, I’m really kind of sad right now … The doctor actually said if I wanted to have more children, it would be hard. [...] The next time [Ime] came to visit, he said, ‘I don’t believe that.’ I said, ‘You don’t?’ He said, ‘No.’ And I said, ‘Good, me neither.’ Then I got pregnant.”
After much anticipation, Beyoncé finally releases a video for fan favorite from her latest album, 4, “Party,” produced by Kanye West. Instead of Kanye and André 3000, this video version features North Carolina rapper J. Cole.
The video, which premiered on BET’s 106 & Park today, features a myriad of cameos, including friend & former bandmate Kelly Rowland and her fashionista sister Solange as the party’s DJ. The clip was co-directed by Alan Furgeson and Beyoncé.
Recording artist T.I. dropped by E! network’s Chelsea Lately to chop it up with the comedic host. During their chat session, Chelsea asked him about his time in prison, his new book, Power & Beauty: A Love Story Of Life On The Streets which he wrote during his sentence as well as how he helped a young man from committing suicide, shortly before he was called back to jail:
I just heard that there was a gentleman who was up to here with it in life and he was on top of a familiar building in downtown Atlanta. And I knew where it was so I just swung by to see if I could be of any assistance. I got a word to him, I wanted to holler at him, for him to come down so he and I could try to see what we could do to right the wrongs in his life. And he stepped down. And I’ve seen him lately, since I got out and he’s doing very well.
