SPOKEN WORD VIDEO: SULI BREAKS – THE POWER OF BLACK (BLACK HISTORY)

We featured London-based spoken word artist Suli Breaks earlier this year ( SEE POST HERE ), and he’s sent over his latest piece entitled “The Power of Black (Black History)”. It’s perfect timing, as we’ll be reviving our regular History Spotlights soon.

I like this piece. If this was about some ignorant dumb crap, it would be a hundred comments by now.

You ain’t never lie. It kills me how ignorant a good portion of african/black americans are to a number of things that affect the way we live in this country. Don’t let it be a Rihanna/Beyonce post on here with only 3 comments, smh.
