I don’t think it’s about jealousy. No body said anything about a perm or weave. She could have done her daughters hair with out either. It’s not the childs fault, she is a cute little girl and nothing is wrong with her clothes or anything else. I’m not saying she is a bad parent because I don’t know them lol.
