Dr. Conrad Murray remained expressionless as the jury returned with a guilty verdict in his involuntary manslaughter trial at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (November 7) in Los Angeles, California.
Murray was convicted in the 2009 death of pop singer Michael Jackson from an overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol. Sentencing will take place November 29.

I was and will always be a fan of the King Of Pop but I also feel bad for Conrad Murray and you can tell that his been crying a lot.

Wowow.. I actually dont know what I feel. I dont necessarily feel like justice was served because I believe Mike had a problem that eventually led to his death. When someone overdoses on drugs do we punish the drugdealer?…NO. So yea I just dont kno what to think. I don’t believe Conrad is a murderer b/c i dont think he did it on purpose. He is def. responsible as a doc but he’s def. not a murderer imo.

I love MJ. But it was his decision to take those pills. Nobody forced him. Sorry but i think MJ killed himself.. the same thing for junkies that dies from overdose. No one is looking for the dealer. Some of you all are saying not that a junkie is a junkie and not blame the dealer… if it wasn’t for the dealer then there would be no junkies trying to access any of the drugs… He may not have wanted to kill the man in purpose, but as a doctor and someone supervising a patient (who had habit for taking drugs) then they should be present AT ALL TIMES when taking care of that patient. The courts are just doing their job and as citizens we need to abide by the laws set in place. If you don’t like the system, then don’t screw up.

The verdict was never going to be anything other than guiltly, but in saying that if it wasn’t this doctor it would have been another.
I don’t what to feel — is he guilty of malpractice? YES greed? YES Should he be able to ever pravtice medicine again? NO — but on the flip side , neither should the
doctor(s) who were providing MJ Demerol and Propofol in the 90′s. MJ has had a problem with addiction for a LONG TIME and i am truly sorry to see him go out this way , BUT i don’t know if justice was served here. SMH

I think we all knew that they would find him guilty. But if it wasn’t him eventually it would have been another doctor. MJ had been using drugs for years and we all knew that. As far as these people dont look for the dealer when someone over doses comment…if you get caught dealing you go to jail, Murray was MJ’s dealer, the only difference is we know who MJ’s dealer was…in the everyday overdose case you dont know who the dealer is

This dude might of been found guilty, but I think there were more people involved in this whole MJ situation. Something to me just doesnt add all the way up…like we are still missing a bigger piece to this puzzle, but someone had to be the scapegoat I guess…
I guess it wasn’t the same jurors Casey Anthony had. He is the only one going to jail and I know there was more people invloved in his (Michael Jackson’s) death.
He deserved to take responsibility for his crime and greed bc MJ paid the ultimate price for his usuary and lust for those drugs. MJ knew he was playing with fire as he stated that it will bring you to the brink of death and back again. He knew death was a risk and that is why he hired a Cardiologist, thinking he would be the exception, but he hired the wrong doctor this time, one that he trusted to help save his life if he got into trouble. But instead was on the phone, slacking on the job he was getting paid $150,000 a month for!!! His eyes should have been glued to MJ every second and he should have used that urinal in teh room instead of leaving MJ side. What is point of closing the door to use the restroom? He was lying talking about he left teh room for a second. Murray just lied about it all. Still sad the look on Murray’s face. Didnt think he would be here after studying for years and becoming a doctor. Too bad it did not motivate him to tell MJ and teh money NO. He should have said I am not going to be the one to kill you MJ, no thanks but let the money and charm and fame take over. Murray was found guilty for being the one with his hand found in the cookie jar. The other doctors did the same but got lucky or knew to only go so far. At least the Dermatologist did it in his medical office not in a private home. I thought Jermaine said something about others involved will come out also, so guess that means more lawsuits and charges to come. Murray is worng but he isnt the only one, if I was him I would tell on everybody.
