With a successful mixtape and a sold out international tour, Frank Ocean has been selected as GQ’s Rookie of the Year. The 24-year-old filmed a mini-interview with GQ’s Amos Barshad and talked everything from his hobbies, to why the color orange is favorite color, to what he has learned musically and non-musically from Kanye West and Jay-Z:

In light of the Penn State sexual child abuse scandal involving the university’s head coach Jerry Sandusky, Tyler Perry has decided to write an open letter to the 11-year-old victim who brought Sandusky’s actions to light, to commend him on his courage to speak out, despite fear. The Madea actor shared his personal story and related his experience with childhood sexual abuse.

Cash Money/Young Money millionaires Birdman, Nicki Minaj and Lil’ Wayne finally premiere the video for Birdman’s first single, “Y.U Mad,” from his upcoming album, Bigga Than Life.
