A Christian Louboutin cake? How ghetto!! The shoes doesn’t even look right lol

    • EPISODES

LOL using the word ghetto is the new ghetto

    • queenoftheland

@redchainsaw I know right, I did a party for some grown ass black women one time and they requested for us to make gucci and louis vuitton cupcakes for them. They paid an extra 300 buck more for that shit even though we used the same ingredients as the regular cupcakes. But at the party you could not tell the host that she wasnt the shiznit cause she had black and gold decorations and some cheesy ass cupcakes.

    • Diva4real

That’s RICH not ghetto… who do you know from the ghetto with Christian Louboutin??

    • lola b

Not only is it ghetto but thats just shows how black people worship material things because if its my birthday I am not gonna have in big bold letters on my own cake that i paid for a designers name who doesnt give two shits about me…. when loubatin has his birthday parties he doesnt have on his cake TRINA…. no. Because he knows his job…. i remember when everyone was on tommy hilfiger nuts until he said I do not make my clothes for the urban community and everyone was upset but why be upset…stop worshipping these designers and they dont care about you

    • tertra114

@QueenOfTheLand First off let me ROLL MY F*CKEN EYES AT THAT USER NAME *laughs* and secondly, you can call whoever that women was “ghetto” all you want but yo a$$ still made them cup cakes for HER enjoyment…..right? lol

    • tertra114

@RedChainSaw A nasty comment on a gossip site? HOW BASIC!! Your grammer doesn’t even look right lol

I cant believe that cake, I feel embarrass for her lmao

    • tertra114

Because someone got her a cake with her favorite shoe on them? i could see if she never could actually afford them in real life, but the b*tch actually wears alot of red bottoms, so does feeling “embarresed” for her make you feel better about your life? would a party of yours look any better posted on this site lol

  5. mb

she doesn’t look bad but im just tryna figure out her pants(skirt?) what IS that??

  6. uhhhhh

WE AS BLACK PEOPLE NEED TO DO BETTER THAN LOUBOUTIN CAKE’S

    HOW SUPERFICIAL IS THAT?

    • Troof

How come every time ONE black person does something questionable some BLACK people reply “WE got to do better”!?–I as an individual am doing just fine, and even well–that’s the problem with SOME black people is that they not only allow non-blacks to judge them as a whole by the actions of one–they themselves do it ALL the time. It is annoying. I am not represented by anyone else but myself –let alone simply because they have a similar tone of skin. That’s my tangent of the day–I get tired of reading this same response from many black commenters every time one black person does something shallow, ignorant, foolish, etc…Trina does not represent black people–she represents herself as an individual.

    • UHHH

Even though we are all individuals. Society still groups us
together as “they, them and those”. You can try to individualism as much as you want but …………..

At the end of the day WE need to do better and stop coming off so superficial

    • JH

I don’t see the big deal in her have a Louboutin cake- it’s her birthday and birthday’s are generally superficial since you’re basically celebrating yourself. It be no different that having a cake shaped like a heart or a teddy bear or whatever other thing is her hobby or what she likes. It’s upsetting that we are so meticulous about the way people perceive us on a whole that we are afraid to be individuals without fear of being called ‘ghetto’. Some things are just fun and silly and don’t need to be looked over with a fine tooth comb. I say enjoy your crazy cakes- especially when you can also buy the real thing

    • Diva4real

Well said JH… I agree with you!!

    • lola b

I have a problem with a loubatin cake her name is trina not loubatin… she could have had the shoe on the cake but had her own name along side of the cake not Loubatin…. trina youre not loubatin’s spokesperson or his advertisement…. she is not the only one who does this…. I was watching RHOA last week and it was a black designer (who claim he was louboutin friend) talking to cynthia bailey about people getting loubatins name wrong and he was getting defended about people getting some other mans name wrong… but I was thinking in my head “no one knows you so plug yourself…. not loubatin…. Loubatin know how to plug himself and get his name out there…. you dont have to do it” Black people need to bring themselves up not getting defended when a white designer name is wrong or putting them on their cake

  7. Eric Hopkins

Congrats to Trina for the success in her career, she has come a long way so it’s great to see her in a positive light. We all no it’s easy to get trapped up in the media now a days.

  8. Junior

She has a song called Red Bottoms. I’m assuming that what they were going for. let’s not miss the Toy Drive she was doing. Now that’s hot.

  9. izzy

keyshia dior looks great with the blue liptick. her lipstick line is called kaoir. i bought a few colors and i love them! trina looks great!

  10. nicholelibra

Not for nothing, but I’m pretty sure she’s past 33. I remember her as far back as the late 1990′s when I was 10 or so. Even back then she seemed older. No way she has only 9 years on me.

    • lola b

Girl I need to say that to when rappers and singers come out I can swear some of them were 5 years younger than I was now all of a sudden their older than me T.I. is one of them and I love T.I. and other artist but their age change like their draws

  11. Kymanie'Love ♥ *

    trina looks GORGEOUS!

  12. Trina Fan NYC

I love Trina! She is the queen, I cant wait for her to announce her new record deal. The cake is for her new single “red bottoms.” Thanks for posting something positive about the miss trina!

  13. Jazmine

The lipstick line is actually that of Keyshia Dior. I guess Trina just did a feature lipstick. Kind of like how Lady GaGa or MJB did for M.A.C.

  14. lady f

I’m trying to figure out what she has on.

  15. Alex

Black people kill me lol who the hell cares what kind of cake she has, seriously I’ve been to enough white folk party and seen enough crazy cakes to know Trina is not ghetto merely by the cake decorations she chose… black people get a grip and stop complaining and criticizing each other all the damn time!

    • tertra114

you know black people and that “crab in a bucket” mentality, one finds thier way up, and the rest pull that ass back down, SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • lola j

THANK YOU! if you want to claim that she is materialistic because of her cake then whatever, but at least make SOMEWHAT of a valid argument. materialism is a part of American society as a whole, not just the Black community. everybody always wants to act like its just Black people that have issues. like everybody else is just perfect. especially when half the time, the stuff we get criticized for either goes unnoticed or is even praised when its somebody else

  16. RIHHI5

Trina looks pretty, she really do. I dont care how the cake look. As long as it can be eaten and tastes good.

  17. RIHHI5

Oh, I forgot to say that Trina also looks picture perfect.

  18. msholland

Why it looks like she ma just have panties on with that top? Whats up with her bottoms?

  19. pure

    I know she is pass 33yrs………….TRY 36

  20. shayshay

she is a gorgeous mixed breed woman n i see nothing wrong with the cake

  21. thisiscrazy

lovely african american dominican woman.. trina us dominicans love you !

  22. Tay

Okay – I can’t get past the look on the White dude’s face in the front – looks like a robot. As for the par-tay – cake and baby hair is questionable….

  23. Tab

Trina looks very small in these pics…she looks like Diamond from Crime Mobb in these pics

  24. Plumps

Trina is a beauty but wth is she wearing? Like is that a cut-out skirt or pants?

  25. Paparazzi

FYI: For all of you saying that the Cake is ‘Ghetto’, it was a Gift from Club Liv. In my opinion, even if she did come up with the concept of the cake it wouldn’t be Ghetto. I think it (and she) looks GREAT!!! She seems to wear plenty of Louboutins (correct spelling) so maybe that’s the theme Club Liv was going for, or the fact that she has a single out called “Red Bottoms”. Oh, and she’s definitely 33. Looks younger and younger every year.
