After writing the self-help book, True You: A Journey to Finding and Loving Yourself, Janet Jackson has decided to use her personal experience to motivate women to conquer their battle with weight gain. How is she doing this you ask? By stepping forward as the newest spokesperson for Nutrisystem!
A few days ago, Janet stopped by ABC’s Good Morning America and revealed why she decided to be the face and body of the popular weight loss program:
“It’s a matter of learning how to keep it off, that maintenance and they have a program for that. My success plan is to just be healthy and feel good about me. All of us, we have that one pair of jeans that we have a relationship with…I’m able to look in the mirror. I couldn’t do that before. I’m very grateful to be able do what I love most, what I really feel I’m was here to do and that’s to help others.”
A few photos from her photoshoot were released earlier this week and Janet looks great! Check out her official commercial for the diet program below as well. I must say, Ms. Jackson has been glowing and looking very happy lately! I’m sure the new boo, Wissam Al Mana had a little part in this, too. *smiles*

Listen when people stop becoming lazy to learn how to cook some decent meals and stay away from poisons like KFC and McDonalds then you wouldn’t have to pay 300 a month for some freeze dried lab experiment food. The first step is knowing that you need to nuture your body with Natural, and healthy food choices. Eating healthy doesn’t have to break your pockets, and what happens when you start to want real food? You going to keep buying this every month? Thats such a waste of money, Janet needs to sit down, and learn how to reward her body, eat well, work out, and meditate, and address the issues that caused her to get bigger, not mention it and blame it on that, but actuall face her demons and work on getting over it so that she isn’t rewarding herself with cookies and chips and what not.

She looks great and healthy. Nutrisystem is for people who are on the go or have problems eating the right food. I personally think it’s one of the best weight loss plans and their food isn’t that bad(well, the snacks wasn’t) lol.
The reason they have Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, and Tibo is because some people new help. It’s easier said than done especially if you’re use to eating a certain way. Change is hard for some people so what’s wrong with a little help.

Wow, this is probably one of the worst P.R. moves ever. Janet will be fat again come next week. I heard she had permanent liposuction holes implanted on her stomach and thighs. It is located where she had one of her ribs removed. Her daughter, that she denies ever having is the size of Precious, because she knows Janet is her momma and not Rebbie.

Rebbie didn’t raise the ‘secret daughter’…..trust me. the alleged ‘secret daughter’ told Mama Debarge she was given to a family that used to work for Michael in the 80′s. i noticed Janet gave no response to Mama Debarge’s claims this past August about Omer Bhatti being the ‘secret son’. it’s not Omer though, but Mama Debarge can’t be sure because neither one of them have being willing to take a DNA test.

Janet is an amazing young lady. Janet’s Nutrisystem “Success” Plan is not only about food, it’s includes exercise instruction too. It’s about developing a new lifestyle, as opposed to being just another diet plan. Another part of her deal with Nutrisystem is Nutribank, an initiative that she co-founded. In 2012, Nutrisystem will donated $1 for every pound that clients using the “Success” plan lose. They will do this up to 10 million pounds–which means they are committing $10 million dollars which will be used to purchase healthy foods for needy individuals in the United States. Its ironic that she is catching so much flack for doing this. if anybody should have the right to endorse a weight loss program it should be someone who has struggled with weight issues. Janet actually makes the most sense to do this. And she aint super skinny like Jhud or selling sex like MC. She’s selling a program that works. So good for her.

Ms. Jackson has a trainer though. Photos have been posted a few yrs back of her and her trainer. So it’s not just nutri system alone.
Janet looks very good. I applaud janet for working hard to keep her weight down. She’s always going to be a diva no matter what. Keep on doing what your doing Janet. Even if she has a personal trainer its still exercise so I don’t know what that means. Most diet plans require an exercise plan too.
