I just got home from a kickboxing class and let me tell you exercising is no joke but its definitely worth it because if done consistently and combined with a healthy diet you will love the way you feel and look! Last year this time I weighed 200 pounds. Today I am 125 pounds and loving it! Heres to all the sexy ladies/gentlemen getting and keeping in shape. I wish you well!
