Angel is so lucky. I’ve been reading CL since 2006 and to see how far she has come is astounding. I will have to check out Miss Jessie’s products when I go to Target. I just use Carol’s Daughter now, but I want more variety.

The buttercream and pudding is bullshit. The shit is expensive as hell, tangles my hair, and is expensive as hell!

I’m happy that they’re doing well though.

I love the baby buttercreme for moisture and it smells so good. The curly meringue is best for styling. And the super sweet back conditioner is great for deep conditioning. But yes, it is pricey and with hair as thick as mine, the deep conditioner doesn’t go far.

Soul Rebels Brass Band, This band is dope!
Imagine blending the sounds of Mardi Gras funk, hip hop, hard rock, and reggae so seemingly it defies category. Now shrink that idea into a eight-piece ensemble, add a hip hop sensibility plus a hundred years of New Orleans jazz tradition, and you get the Louisiana sound known as the Soul Rebels. This shrewd crew of multi-instrumentalists are forcing listeners to UNLOCK YOUR MIND and on the dance floor. Their music is utterly uplifting and hardcore, leaving fans with a myriad of intrinsic sounds and songs to enjoy.
