Angela Simmons is putting in work early to secure her spot on the list of 2012′s best dressed ladies. The former reality tv star was seen everywhere during this year’s New York Fashion Week, and I do mean everywhere.
She was spotted sitting front row at several designer shows, from Tadashi Shoji, to Charlotte Ronson, to Whitney Eve, varying her look at each event.
Short dresses, sequined blazers, floral jumpsuits, sleek hair, flowing locks, tightly pulled back buns — Angela rocked it all, and then some. Though she was constantly on the fashion switch up, she definitely deserves props for maintaining such a consistently stylish look.

Nice. But what is doing or promoting. Not hating but people who dress up and go out to be in the “know” and be scence need to be on business not just appearing. That fame light blows out fast. When you see other celebs they are at awards shows, events, openings or interviews or performing. When you see Ciara, Angela, and others they are just appearing. Her looks are great but I hope she does a show, book, movie or something because “relevance” is key. That socialite stuff worked for Paris Hilton years ago but she branded the hell out of it and is paid. Solange is always just chilling or I see her in fashion shows, at shows or DJ Gigs.. she is doing something while making the vogue best dressed.

You’re just wet behind the ears; that’s why you don’t understand why shes making these appearances. She building a brand – that’s her goal. In order to be successful you have to make rounds and get in good with the right people. She has a fashion line — she may be ready to take it to the next level. These events has many more elements involved besides just fashion. Its the business and she looks damn good.
The point is why? If she doesn’t have to why should she? Why can’t she go out and be seen just cause, if she can? She is not hurting herself or anybody else. Nor is she losing money. Those ladies you mentioned are trying to come up. Angela is already up, she can do whatever just cause. Solange does whatever the hell she wants. Every time she makes an appearance it’s not always promoting something. I just don’t see your point, but of course you are entitled to your opinion.

She’s creating her own clothing line, but not just any line she wants to a rachel Roy not a fly by night designer so it seems like she just trying, solidify herself as a fashion forward a lister in the fashion world. Those r the only times she reall makes appearances.
I especially love look #5 and #10. She’s a fashionista on the rise. I bet this will lead to a clothing line of her. Love her look

I love 5 and 12 the most. Those outfits are sharp and she needs to wear more bands around her neck. It elongates her neck, giving her a more sleek look. Other than that, she’s good.
