The oh-so-animated diva Tamar Braxton and funny man Mike Epps were the two celebs to chat it up on The Wendy Williams Show on Tuesday afternoon (February 28). Tamar dished a bit on her upcoming reality show, Tamar & Vince, which is scheduled to join WeTV’s programming very soon:
It’s shot mostly in LA but it’s gonna be about me being an executive wife and the other side of me of being a business woman and me venturing out into my own business and Vince managing it and us bumping heads a lot.
Their reality show Tamar & Vince begins shooting in March 2012 in sunny Los Angeles, California…We all know how funny that show’s going to be Lol
Shortley after Mike Epps shared his touring experience with rappers Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa. The comedian also recalled his fondest memory of Whitney Houston, while working with her on the set of Sparkle:
I have to say Whitney Houston – I was real star struck when I had seen her. One of the craziest things that happened when I was on the set, she was like, ‘I gotta get a picture with you!’ and it blew mind like, ‘Huh? You want a picture with me?’ She said, ‘Yes, my daughter Bobbi Kristina, I got into an argument with her because she kept telling me, ‘You don’t know everybody Mama.’ And I was like, ‘I know everybody.’ Then she said, ‘You don’t know Mike Epps!’ And she said, ‘Man, I know Mike Epps! I did a video with Mike Epps years ago!’…I’m just so glad I got a chance to meet her [Whitney] and work with her. She was such a joy and her presence was just so real. Just when she would come on the set, she would light everything up, you know?
Tamar is so extra! Her hair is on point tho!! Wont be watching her show. Mike Epps is so real and funny!
Tamar finally got what she wanted out of marrying Vince…a tv show and an opportunity to get in the limelight. We all know that’s the only reason she married a 400 pound dude. Come on…who she THINK she fooling? I don’t care for her…she looks like Michael Jackson and she’s annoying…won’t be watching.
Exactly. Hate her with a passion. Her sisterr Tony is so real about hers. She’s downt o earth, caring and inspiring. On the other hand Tamar is the complete opposite. And I don’t even know why, she doesn’t even have a single out yet. And if she did, I would never buy it because I don’t buy anything from phonies. But yeah Congrats Tamar! That’s one new show that I’ll NEVER watch…

Won’t be watching Tamar’s show and honestly can’t think of anyone that will. She’s good with her sisters but not solo. Solo I see her being super annoying. With her sisters she’s entertaining because they point out that they also notice how over the top she is.
I concur. I only watched the show when they went to that damn ranch and that was enough for me. She gets on my last damn nerve! Uggh!
The SAME people that watch Braxton Family Values WILL be watching Tamar show, because the BFV is all about Tamar anyways, NO ONE watches for the other sister * it doesn’t matter if you watch or not, she will still be paid while you broke. #pow

You guys are silly! Tamar is the best! without her the BFV show would be boring let’s keep it real! Tamar is the star of the show! and her own show will be really good! i can’t wait! that’s my girl she’s amazing! really entertaining! i love her!
I agree! Tamar IS the show. Sometimes she can be too *extra*, but you know that going in, so don’t act surprised. There have been times though that I felt like Vince & her family were not hearing her out when she was in the right.

The only thing that I would like to see on Tamar and Vince, is Tamar trying to step to the wrong person and getting her tail tore up. Now that would be worth watching.

I love the show The Braxtons but I would never watch a show with just Tamar and Vince.She is waaay too annoying and this season she is even worse.What’s up with her referring to herself in third person all the time just too over the top.It was kind of funny on the first season now it’s just plain annoying.I will not watch her show.

Whitney wasn’t lying.. Mike Epps was in the beginning for her “Whatchulookinat” video like 10 years ago. RIP Whitney. I was listening to your music yesterday.
