After giving the world a peek into his women’s clothing collection DW by Kanye West last year, fashion enthusiast Kanye West and world famous designer Giuseppe Zanotti have decided to finally put their co-designed women’s heel on the market.
Early this week, G.O.O.D. Music artist Pusha-T posted a few photographs of one of the high-heel sandals, which are now sold on Colette Paris‘ official website:
Ladies, if you’ve been waiting to grab one of the first women’s designed heels by Kanye West you might be waiting a bit longer. Originally making their debut last year at the Fall 2011 Fashion Week in Paris, the heels are officially on sale at Colette Paris. Featuring a calf leather sandal, embroidered pearls and zip fastening they will set you back nicely as they retail for €4,420 which is about $5,888. [Source]
You may remember that Chanel Iman wore the same style as she cat-walked down the runway of West’s first Fashion Week show in Paris. The second high-heel which has a more sandal look, comes in black and goes for about €705 which equates to a little over $1116 in American currency (VIEW HERE). The cream ones are really hideous. The black ones can get a pass, but there is nothing special about them. You can find the same thing in Rainbows or Nine West. Come on man be serious…..smh
Seems like Im the only one to think the first pair are gorgeous! lol While I dont like the price, the design of the shoes is unique. NOT because its Kanye’s line either,I would have spotted these if they were by another designer, they are beautiful.
