The song is alright. @ “Just Want my comment at the top”, I totally agree with you. As soon as I started to play the video Beyonce’s “Run the World (Girls) video came to my head. But Beyonce only gets the most hate because she is the one running things right now.

This video is great It’s amazing the difference between talent and non talent. Talent does not need all the production and bells and whistles. Dawn is just really talented and she has sold me I gotta go get her EP just to support.

I don’t know Dawn personally, but from seeing her on MTB I believe she has far more talent & creatvity than this video and song.
And quite frankly as a few others said, I can’t understand what the **** she’s saying outside of the two-line “Bombs-Away” chorus. I at least think that’s what she’s saying.
I think Dawn’s talent works best in a group, not as a solo artist. Personalities may have clashed in Danity Kane, but it was a good mesh of talent/vocals/choreography.
Also, although, I think many people today have a jacked-up perception of good music…I really don’t think all of the positive comments here & on Twitter are 100% genuine. I think her people, friends & family are posting “we love it” comments from different IP addresses on the blogs. Because I’m sorry this song is some straight-up bullshit. I love Dawn, but I’m disappointed…

Things can never just be, people always have to compare someone or something to another for them to maintain order. Dawn has her own way of doing things just as Beyonce has her own. The two beats are totally different as such is the choreography. People see desert and dirt and think “oh she’s trying to be like…..”. If that’s the case then ridicule Usher, Chris Brown, even Ne-yo for that matter because they took from Michael Jackson and even HE took from James Brown. So that right there just goes to show that everything is recycled anyway. No matter how much a new spin may be put on it, it’s still been used and will continue to be, so on that note whoop dee do! I think Dawn’s choreography was hella good, although, I was only able to understand the first 2 lines and the “Bombs Away”, that’s alright, it makes a good dance routine song. get it Dawn!!!!!!!
