Brandy and Monica are looking great on the set of their upcoming music video for the Rico Love-produced single, “It All Belongs To Me.” Director Chris Robinson is behind the concept and look of the video. In the official pictures, the ladies are dressed in black leather, giving us a fierce superwomen-esque vibe in one of their scenes.
In a recent interview with the UrbanDaily.com, the two songbirds addressed the fact that people have been comparing the new track with their past duet, “The Boy Is Mine.” Monica pointed out how listeners need to embrace the song for what it is.
Do we feel like this record will be as impactful as “The Boy Is Mine” or better than “The Boy Is Mine?” We don’t compare the two. I think that was a different, for me, it was a different young girl singing, a different voice. It was a long time ago. I say move past it and look at what’s taking place now and allow this song to capture you in a different way because it’s totally different.

Sorry but why do these two keep on trying to comeback…both their voices are annoying to me and this song has the worst lyrics. They had a good run in the 90′s they should be proud of that and stay home taking care of their families..

The fact that you stated that Brandy and Mo’s voices are irritating to you just goes to show that you are obviously clueless when it comes to real vocal talent… Brandy is one of the most amazing vocalists of our time… Her voice is unique and timeless and continues to grow and mature as she ages… There are many up and coming singers that use Brandys songs to hone their own vocals… Monica is an amazing vocalist as well… You would probably rather listen to a Keri Hilson song or something… #DEAD

I agree totally they are so 90′s early 2000 with their music they really don’t have it for this era. I mean Monica do some okay collabo’s here n there but Brandy singing career been dead for years now and no matter what she do she cannot get back into that old space. They have a unique sound and voice that does not allow them to be versatile sort of like Toni braxton and those type of artist are having a hard time selling in today’s market. But I wish them well they have done well in the past maybe they should try something else. Good luck to both I just haven’t copped their music in years. Monica last album had like a few okay cuts but it was not an album I had to invest in SORRY LADIES JUST MY HONEST OPINION
Brandy has really been looking good lately. Her hair and makeup have been top notch in every public appearance this era. Mo looks amazing as well, but Imma need her to admit that she’s pregnant already. lol
