Funny man Cedric the Entertainer returns to television this summer, reprising his role as R&B singer-turned-preacher Boyce “The Voice” Ballentine from TV Land’s No. 1 show, Hot in Cleveland, in his own new spinoff series The Soul Man.

I love some Cedric The Entertainer!!! Hilarious!!!
I remember Cedric from KS. He was an up & coming artist then, hitting the college campuses. Pure comedic timing and I was lucky enough to get a pic w/him. This is one man who smells good and his smile is still beautiful. I’m glad to see he’s attained amazing heights.
I like Cedric The Entertainer as a comedian, but this skit wasn’t funny at all. Hopefully the new sitcom offer some comedic relief.
I thought it was funny. I chuckled. Maybe I’m just old and get the comedy here. Young folks don’t remember the R&B love vidoes from the 80s and early 90s.
I am an oldie and still thought this was not funny. While I do like Cedric; I think he was the funnyman of the 90′s and early 2000′s. He needs different material to keep up.
I dare his scary azz to do this about today’s music. If he do his career is really over. lol
