Singer-songwriter Usher made a mini-broadway acting debut in the interactive play, ‘Fuerza Bruta: Looking Up’ over the weekend at the Daryl Roth Theatre in New York City. The R&B crooner performed in two shows and played the lead role of the “Running Man,” which involved Usher enacting a dope dream sequence on a treadmill. The interactive play also featured new music from his forthcoming album, ‘Looking For Myself.’
Peep a clip of Usher opening the acrobatic play to his track, “Climax.” This show looked like a workout! More pics after the jump.

The screaming was unbearable LOL. What’s up with this play? Interactive? I see the audience is standing like a concert, kind of unusual for a Broadway play.
Scratch that, I just visited the website. It looks incredible.
LOVE this show! I’ve been twice and going back for DJ night next month. Waiting for Boys Night – get it together Fuerza!!! Beyonce also went a while back and was dancing with the crowd – dope.
Usher has been on broadway before, so teeechnically it isn’t his debut. He was in Chicago.
I love this show! It’s broadway meets rave…it really is fun, I see the show once and plan on seeing it again the next time in NYC. Definitely nothing else like it
Oh man I went to this and it is AMAZING! so much fun and after there is a big rainshower and everyone dances under it to dope music like some big drug induced orgy party! lol Usher looked great!
