Laurieann Gibson, who recently took a brief stint in reality TV, is best known for being the amazing creative force behind some of Lady Gaga’s biggest performances, as well as her with Diddy on his famed TV run with Making the Band, but she also has had a couple of times trying to come out as a solo artist herself.
Check out her latest single, “Last Chance.” The title might have a little something to do with her ambitions at becoming an artist when she’s clearly branded herself as a creative director, dancer and choreography.

Why does everyone and their momma feel like they need to record a song? I mean, what is this? It’s like people say “Hmmm…what can I do today? Oh, I think I’ll record a song.”

im not mad at it , it really isnt that bad . It made me think about cassie or that kim kardashian song. Its not really singing but talking at a pace and melody. Not bad, Id dance to it in the club. Gove her a chance yall. lol
Its not THAT bad….definitely better than “Addictive” song she had out few years back.
As long as she knows she not a SANGER, I think its fine. She gotta bring it on the visuals though. I’m a huge LA fan, so maybe my opinion doesn’t count as much, lol…..but I’m not completely annoyed by her trying to put out music.

I can’t even believe that’s her. It sounds like a young female singing. I don’t think it’s bad at all actually. She has a decent voice, not a strong one, but definitely better than a lot of other “singers” out right now. It’s definitely catchy and not immature; it’s a great song to dance to.
I only made it about 1 line into the chorus before I had to turn it off. If 98% of your song must be autotuned, why even bother?
If it’s major mainstream fame she’s after, this is not the route to take. Who are her advisors? She is so talented and could be talked about in terms of one of the greatest choreographers…not just Gaga’s…if she’d focus. Lay the foundation first…Partner with dance shows, be a judge, show your depth and do Broadway. Focus on your strengths and know it doesn’t always take being the headliner to move and shake. Her show was flop because knowledge of her talent isn’t mainstream. I’m just saying…

The reason everyone think they can be singers is because of people like Diddy & Jay-z who are responsible for 2 of the biggest non-singing, choke on mogal’s dic today…..JHO & Rhianna. Then there is the honorable mention of Cassie. Diddy CAN’T STOP, WON’T STOP til he get Cassie a hit. It’s sad that all these top 5 Amer Idol rejects like Tamara Gray (and dozens others) can’t get any mainstrea help.
