Singer Janet Jackson radiates happiness on the cover of the health publication, Prevention Magazine. The birthday girl (who turned 46 on May 16th) looked amazing on the July 2012 issue and chatted a bit about her weight gains and losses throughout her career, being a role model for her niece, Paris and how she feels about her slimmer self today:
ON HER PUBLIC WEIGHT LOSSES AND GAINS:
“I think people really connect with the idea of someone who’s gained and lost weight in this very public way, and also someone who’s an emotional eater. Chocolate, cake, caramel apples—there aren’t many things I don’t love.ON BEING A ROLE MODEL FOR HER NIECE, PARIS:
“We’ve spoken about the fact that you’re only a child once. I think there’s a time for everything, and now is not the time [to act in films]. I told her I thought she should enjoy being a kid, possibly go to college—or not—but wait till she turns 18. She’s a very tough, smart girl. But it’s a cutthroat industry. I wouldn’t want my child to do it.”ON HOW SHE FEELS ABOUT HERSELF TODAY:
“I honestly don’t even know what size I am. Now it’s about looking in the mirror and saying, I feel good. I feel healthy.” [SOURCE]

In business sometimes you are looked at as nothing more than a product, sometimes they forget you’re human and they probably said something about her smile as a kid and it stayed with her. Thats why I’m promising myself to teach my kids to embrace there whole beauty so no matter what they will always know they are beautiful…..Anyway I love you Janet you are a Legend!…And my wife in my head.

I think its so cool she never felt the pressure to have kids. There are so many things black women can do with their lives than breeding kids with random niggaz. (Not that there is anything wrong with you baby mommas).

If only she recommeded Mike to her surgeon, and he stopped where she stopped. Plastic surgery or not, Janet Jackson looks every bit of good with a cherry on top. At 40, I want Janet’s youth. Pleasee Lord! I see since they can’t ask her about Mike they pretend to care about the kids.
