Goodie Mob recently premiered their brand new track, “Fight To Win,” on NBC’s The Voice, on which group member Cee-Lo Green is a judge.
The group, also consisting of Khujo, Big Gipp and T-Mo, debuted the track in CD quality on iTunes. It’s been 13 years since the group did an album with all its original members, considering that Green departed to do his own thing on their 2004 LP, One Monkey Don’t Stop No Show.
They have reunited for their fifth studio album, Age Against the Machine, which will drop sometime this year.
Sound more like cee-lo green featuring goodie mob to me. I dont like it. goodie mob was grittier than this crap!!

I HEARD THEM DEBUT THIS ON ‘THE VOICE’ AND WAS VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS LIKE CEE-LO & THE PIPS PLUS THE SONG SUCKED!!! CEE-LO IS A GREAT SINGER BUT THIS IS NOT A GOODIE MOB SONG OR ATLEAST NOT A GOOD ONE. TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!……….JENNY JONES!!!

Strange that they would lead with this single. Maybe because this is going to be an official song for the NBA. But still, weird choice of song to re-introduce (introduce for some) Goodie MOB to the world.

yall must don’t remember or don’t know that cee-lo did solo songs on their 1st album & a longgggg as rap version on “swats”. he stood out on that album also…period…. but I did expect & need some rapping on this song!!!

Sounds like they are trying to “Save” souls on this song..which I dont mind, whatever it takes to reach the masses. I wanted to hear some rapping though. The music is over-powering the words as well. I like the message but wanted to hear some of the other members as well. BITTERSWEET
