President Barack Obama chatted with the ladies of The View on Tuesday, discussing his recent announcement supporting same-sex marriage, the upcoming presidential election, his continued quest for economic equality in regard to taxation and more, telling the ladies: “Everyone on this couch will probably pay a little more so the middle class doesn’t have to.”
During his fourth appearance on the couch, the President also, of course, touched on his family commenting on how First Lady Michelle Obama grounds him yet teases him “mercilessly” and how much fun he’s having as a volunteer basketball coach to their youngest daughter Sasha’s team, the Vipers.
While acknowledging that this year’s election will be a tight one because “the country has gone through a very difficult time”, the President also asserted, “Oh, I’m going to win.” A recent USA Today/Gallup poll agrees: 56 percent of Americans think President Obama will be re-elected, compared to 36 percent for Republican presumptive nominee Mitt Romney.

I think that this man will go down in history as the most famous and well liked president in history. I don’t know much about politics or economics, but this is the first president that we have ever had that has been able to unite people in a way that no other has, he literally is “America”. If he doesn’t win, I’m moving to Mars.
