Much improved. Still think her eyebrows are down a tad too low toward the nose. It will make her look like the Joker when she squints or frowns or smile too hard. Lift the inner corner or your brow Candy or make it a tad thicker.
I think she is doing the best she can with what she is working with. Her fashion style is very ATL so it is perfect for that event.

I love the color dress and her makeup but I don’t like the deep cut showing her breasts. I think it would’ve been sexy just the same if the “V” were raised up just to show a little cleavage. Other than that; I like it. She looks good right here because usually she doesn’t look put together.
