NEW MUSIC: TWEET – “DAY DREAMING”

June 6th, 2012

♫ Tweet – Day Dreaming

Soul star Tweet kicked off ‘Tweet Tuesdays’ with a brand new song, “Day Dreaming,” her first single since signing on with the Dubose Music Group. No word on whether this Aretha Franklin cover will be on her upcoming album, Simply Tweet. Either way, it’s great to hear new music from her.

To keep up with Tweet, you can follow her on Twitter: @MS_HUMMINGBIRD and/or visit her official site: IAmSimplyTweet.com.

Loooove it! This is the kind of music that I wish they would bring back! Nice melodic music, beautiful harmonies and feeling behind it. There’s no screaming, yelling or riffing. Just plain ‘ole heartfelt singing. *sigh* I miss those days.

Yes! It is criminal how underrated she is. She is in a league of her own. Best believe when THIS album drops, I’m buying a PHYSICAL copy.

I wish her well! Its a shame that real artists are constantly overlooked. You know Tweet, Tamia, Deborah Cox, etc. I’ll definately get this album when it comes out!

Happy to see tweet back on the scene. I was wandering
what happened to her. Her talent is truly missed in
    the music industry today.

What do you know…a real R&B song without annoying techno made by some whack Euro producer. A song with real lyrics (although a remake) versus some trick dressing like a streetwalker. A classy photo rather than some chick in a blonde wig showing her cooch.

Of course this song won’t get much support because R&B music is slowly dying.
