Kelly Rowland turned on her inner goddess for a video shoot for the electro-pop track, “Summer Dreaming,” a chart-topping single originally performed by Kate Yania over ten years ago. In partnership with Bacardi 150th anniversary celebration, Rowland recorded a club mix of the song alongside producer Project B and it will be released on July 8th at the official Bacardi anniversary party in front of 250 guests in Berlin, Germany:
“The song and its history enthralled me right away. My aim was to record a joyful, colourful, sexy song and give it a bit of soul quality. The collaboration with BACARDÍ was so much fun. Hey I dont think 510150 is being mean maybe the delivery. But Kelly’s career is always on a rise then it flops. I dont know why but it does. the 1 album gained attention with Nelly then all of a sudden stop promotion. The album miss kelly did not perform well. THe album with motivation. After that was successful she stopped promoting the album and stopped hearing about it. IT makes me wonder is she afraid that it will seem like she is competing againest bey. Everytime she has something good going it stops. The X factor was a good gig. But I swear when Matthew made that comment that Bey would never be a talent show judge when they rummored her to be doing the USA X factor. Kelly then seemed to back out of X factor. I will admit before Matthew mad e that comment she still seemed distant from teh show. But I hope this works for her, because people adore her. But for some reason when success comes her way … the project ends abrubtly.

She probably felt restless, having a hit song and settling into a tv contract that locks you down like that. She probably felt like she had more to do. The fact is she still has the opportunity to go on to do great things, as long as beyonce is relevant, them coming from the same platform, the success of the group, she’ll have peoples attention for a good while to be able to really hit her mark.

Love this style on her. She is so underrated, I guess because she is not a media whore, like the others. I love her look here, she is so free spirited and seems like a genuinely happy and kind person. All the best to her.
I love Kelly. But she still has not grown into her own. Everytime she has a hit or her career has momentum she stops or the project stops. After her musical flops she said she was done with music. I dont know what her career goals are but I honestly think she is afraid to be compared to Beyonce or seem she is competing with her. I know people are going to disagree but when her 1st ablbum came out Kelly was pushing hard. But when she and Nelly won that grammy. Her project was shutdown. No more KElly. Then Miss Kelly I felt like she wasnt pushing that album. THe album with motivation did well .. but after the song motivation rose on the charts Kelly slowed that down. X factor was making her a staple and house hold name. Ppl love her … but then she stopped that. Why? Kelly needs to really develop a better team cause I dont get her career. Some one said for some reason she irks them. LOL. I love Kelly but she has always seeemed like she lacked confidence in her career. If she wanted go hard she could. But its like she wont
