PHOTOS: ANGELA SIMMONS TO LAUNCH BIKINI HAIR LINE w/ Indiqué + PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT CANCERCARE

June 13th, 2012

Former T.V. personality turned entrepreneur Angela Simmons is teaming up with the leader in virgin human hair extensions, Indiqué Hair for the upcoming ‘Bikini’ line. Check out what the 24 year-old had to say about the collaboration:

“To me, hair is a statement and an extension of your wardrobe and I’ve always been drawn to fashion and being able to change up my look. This partnership seemed natural, much like the naming of BIKINI. A BIKINI is the staple piece during the hot summer months or while on vacation, and the name perfectly describes the beachy texture of my first hair line.”

In related news, Indiqué Hair will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of BIKINI to CancerCare, a national organization whose mission is to provide free professional help to people will all types of cancers through counseling, education, information and referral, and direct financial assistance.

BIKINI from Angela Simmons by Indiqué Hair will retail for $210-$305 per 4oz tube – starting June 21st. For more info visit: indiquehair.com.

“A BIKINI is the staple piece during the hot summer months or while on vacation” She needs to sell an Oversized T-Shirt line because that’s what I mostly see on women at the beach.

I don’t get the name. In fact, it sounds like SHE doesn’t even get the name. Her explanation was bizzare and unclear. BIKINI and HAIR do not make sense together to me. while the proceeds are a good idea, I think its unreasonable to ask women, in this economy, to spend hundreds of dollars on 4 oz. tubes of hair just because a pretty face is on it.

Why don’t she try to be “fun” instead of “sexy”? She looks like she is having a hard time posing..

…Bikini hair line does not make me think of hair on my head. She should pick a different name like something that is not primarily associated with a cooch.

Isn’t she supposed to be a “pastor’s daughter”? Everytime I see this female she has one or both of her a$$ cheeks out. As a matter of fact, all of these females in entertainment have one or both of their a$$ cheeks out at any and all opportunities……but will say that they’re not “$ex objects” lol. She’s a monarch child anyway. “Rev Run” is p!mpin’ his children like he’s Don Magic Juan.

Most women don’t care how much it cost. They’ll still buy it.

Yesssss!!! Not to mention a portion of the proceeds could mean .001% of sales for all we know. I rather go get my virgin remy, do a deed for a person with cancer, and save the rest.

I think the hair looks beautiful. But how many africian american women can afford this hair. We can’t only rich people can afford this. This is not for the average person.

    1. The name made me think of pubic hair
    2. She should have made a product that the average consumer her age could easily purchase. I have books to buy which can run up to 900 and a 40k tuition bill w/o living expenses. My dad is NOT rev run…u need atleast 7oz of hair for a head which means u have to buy 2 bundles and at about 500.00 w/o installation and maintenance that is just too steep.
    3. If the hair is processed with steam won’t it loose the pattern after awhile
