Earlier this week, New Edition singer Bobby Brown officially tied the knot with his fiancee and manager Alicia Etheredge. The couple jumped the broom in front of a small, intimate group of family and friends including Brown’s older children, Landon, 23, La’Princia, 22 and Bobby Jr., 19. Bobbi Kristina was not in attendence for reasons unknown. Word on the curb is that she was busy in New York City, filming scenes for her reality show, Houston Family Chronicles.
Nonetheless, the bride and groom kept their special day simple. Bobby rocked a red Adidas track suit and their 3 year-old son, Cassius, took on the role of ring bearer. Alicia wore a pearly white dress with a few little girls making the wedding that much more adorable. It looks like they had a nice, relaxing wedding in Honolulu, Hawaii. I think it’s interesting that the one child who lived with Bobby on a day to day basis until her mother divorced him, chose not attend.
I guess there is a lot gonna on with Bobbi right now.. A wedding is a big deal. She lost her mom and she may feel she’s losing her dad..She may even have had hopes her parents would have eventually gotten back together..Who knows. Maybe she doesn’t like his new wife?? lol
I think she had been done with her dad for a long time. When Whitney was on Oprah in 2008 they talked about Bobbi’s relationship with her father which was not good. I’m sure it also was hard on Whitney when this girl got pregnant literally months after they divorced so obviously they were sleeping together when he was still married to Whitney.
