Halle should’ve had her child with a black man….then she wouldn’t be in this mess, fighting for child support & custody are things black men generally dont do.

$20,000/month is wayyy too much .. he doesn’t even have full custody or anything. With that money he doesn’t even have to spend a dime of his own .. ridiculous.

I feel bad for halle but she brought this mess on herself. I remeber her saying that she was going to have a child cause she wanted one so bad when she was on oprah. Well she got what she wanted exactly how she wanted it instead of waiting on God plus she has to pay for.her decision.

This has little to do with WHO she married and more to do with the way shes pushed for here child to be raised with tons of expensive care.

If she wants certain expensive thing that she does for her daughter to be done at the fathers home well then the judge is gonna make her pay for them.

If she only wants the daughter to (EX)Evian and is adamant about it with the father well then the judge wont expect him to pay for Halle’s luxuries . It could be the bed,food etc. thats really the only reason a non custodial parent would get CHILD in those amounts .

And see Halle thought she was going to make it hard on her ex-husband since her chips are stacked higher, but it back-fired on her ass. You reap what you soe honey!!!

The judge wouldn’t have ordered that much if she couldn’t afford it. It’s not too much, it’s based on the lifestyle they want for the child. I wonder way is it when the men have to shell it out for the women no one objects, but vice versa it’s a problem.

I am not mad at Gabriel. She is crazy in the coconuts. She publicly stated that the next man she was with she would have his baby. She got the baby and then didn’t want the man. Now she trying to move the child to France to be with her new man. Get that Revlon money! Women do it all the time. He wants the same lifestyle they enjoyed as a family together just like some women.

Well she better smart and make sure that he takes care of all of her luxury. But honestly that is to much. They only did it because she is black.

Halle should have taken her ass to a sperm bank since she obviously wanted to be the only parent in her child’s life…she must have thought she could push Gabriel out of their daughters life and he wasn’t going for that…GOOD FOR HIM…let her pay him like he would have to pay her if the tables were reversed…

I have no sympathy for her…and I seriously doubt the judge will let her move out of the country with Nahla…let Oliver get a place in the US since he wants to be with them…Halle has repeatedly stated how wonderful a father Gabriel is until they started this custody mess…then he was all kinds of racists…sit on down chile!!!

I don’t feel bad for Halle,she needs to pay that much a month. Nahla is a special needs child. Gab asking and receiving that much money is justified in my book…

Multitudes of black females on here talking about the “$perm bank”, but they’re the same ones that will talk about how the black male does not “raise his kids” lol & smh. Either females believe that they can raise a child on their own, or they don’t. Make a decision smh. What it actually is, is that black females wants someone to raise the child after it is no longer fun, and when they want to head back out to the club, but they don’t want a black male exerting any form of authority over them or the child. It’s a “catch-22″ for the modern “woman”. That’s how an astute black male knows that the white male is the black woman’s god. He sets up things like “$perm banks” and $ex toys so that the black woman can confuse herself even more than they’re naturally confused into believing that a man is not a necessity lol. Like I’ve said before; child-bearing is, for the most part, a science experiment now for most of these females in general (and black females in particular), or just something to do because they’re lonely and they see another woman with a baby carriage. Oh well…..go white man, go white man, GO!!!!!

Women have been doing this to men for years so now the shoe is on the other foot. He is mad that Halle wants to take his child to Paris to give her a new father so he is fighting back by hitting her in the bank account.

Good for Stacey Dash, make a comeback and dont let all the critics get you down. DB Woodside threw her under the bus with his talking about all the tension on the set because of Stacy. Knowing good and well no one would take Stacey’s side on the set even if the wanted to, knowing the producer and Lisa Ray would get their character off the show too. She should do a shoe or clothing line, maybe black women will stop dressing so tacky. Stacey you should still try the reality show on Oprah maybe.

Sad that Halle will be paying that till their child’s 18 years! Too much money when you can draw bees w/honey. Give the man what he wants, which is some input into his child’s life and I’m sure he would back down in the money dept; swallow that pride girl.
