Years after playing the role of God in the film Bruce Almighty, the Academy Award-winning actor Morgan Freeman recently shared his thoughts on science, the importance of good and evil and the existence of…human-eating aliens. In the interview with TheWrap.com, Freeman also talks about the significance of outer space and whether or not God is real. And if you were to ask him if the title of God were to go to anyone, he would tell you that he thinks the name ‘God’ belongs to….him.
Well, here’s a scientific question: Has anybody ever seen hard evidence? What we get is theories from our earlier prophets. Now, people who think that God invented us think that the Earth can’t be more than 6,000 years old. So I guess it’s a question of belief. My belief system doesn’t support a creator as such, as we can call God, who created us in His/Her/Its image. [...] I said at the start, I think we invented God. I’ve seen Morgan Freeman’s show “Through The Wormhole” a few times. It’s an interesting show, but it always amazes me what people will claim to believe based on alleged “scientific proof”, as opposed to what they chalk up as “mythology”. First off, Morgan Freeman is not a scientist, so he has no idea what has been “proven” scientifically. The “Big Bang” and “evolution” are THEORIES, meaning conceptions or ideas that people try to prove. The etymology of the word “theory” literally means “a mental scheme”. Instead of this negro being concerned with the problems on THIS EARTH, he’s concerned with some speculative nonsense light years away, and some damn aliens that are going to eat what little brains he has left lol. His character archetype in his films has usually been the “Old Willy” archetype a.k.a. that old harmless negro on the plantation. That is why he is the go to guy for the movie voiceovers. White people find him soothing lol.

The existence of god has not been proven any more so than the big bang (evolution). What science does a good job of is admitting it is just a theory where as religion touts absolute certainty. No matter which one an individual chooses to believe in, what does matter is that the individual is happy and leads a good life. Find comfort in what brings you peace.
Science does not “admit” anything. The term “tehroy” CONFIRMS that it is an idea, but only for those that know what the word “theory” actually means. Theories are propagated as “fact” with the word “theory” at the end so that only the astute understand that what is being put forth is only an opinion. The masses accept it as fact because they are inundated with alleged data supporting the “theory”. Either you “believe” in the truth or you believe in a lie. There is no such thing as “opinion” when it comes to fact. It is not an “opinion” that 1+1=2. The understanding of man’s relationship to God is given only to the elect. Most people do not even know what the word “God” means. This is why the Jewish people laugh at the other “religions”. They have the manuscript and know what the scriptures actually state. This is why they are the same ones that invent philosophies and put forth propaganda to encourage “non-Jewish” fools to believe that they created themselves.

I’m not sure which evolutionary scientists you may have heard but I can tell you that as a biomedical engineer grad student , the first thing you learn is never to claim absolute certainty for anything untestable. Someone’s ignorance does not invalidate an entire field as being theoretical. Meaning if an individual isn’t smart enough to discern what the word theory means then that still does not make it any less so. Religion itself is an idea, one that historically has changed to meet the needs of the people it serves. There is no fact present in it other than it is a culmination of a small group of individual’s believed experiences and ideas. Some of these experiences having been admittedly taken out when it no longer served its purpose or too drastically contradicted the main body of text. You cannot claim something to be in truth when there has never been anything proving such besides “its true because I’ve written it down as such”. The reality is any literate creature can write scripture, to prove credence to what has been written is another matter. Bible and evolution = theories. As you yourself pointed out the bibles advantage is that theories are propagated as facts and religion makes billions every year reaffirming the idea.
Your response is null and void because I’ve never used the term “religion”. The Bible is a RECORD of history, prophecy, and law. The history has never been disproved or invalidated, the prophecy has never gone unfulfilled, and the law has inspired all other codified law in the so-called “civilized world”. That is my platform. Whether you like it or not, your “personal philosophy” i.e. your religion, dwells within the prism of the scriptures. If you want to see God, look in the mirror, look at the people around you. God is you and me. God is everywhere and because we exist, or because I believe in me, I believe in God for I am God. We are all pieces of the creator. We invented God (as a separate entity) our ancestors understood that we and the Creator are all one in the same for we are atoms of that universal light, we are separate but never separate at the same time. We are all made from the same molecules that make up the multi-universes, we are the blueprint of God, the light Creator.
