On the heels of two successful seasons of “Love & Hip Hop”, VH1 is gearing up for the premiere episode of ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’. The series will be almost identical to its predecessor, but this time we have a southern twang. INFO ON THE STARS OF ‘LOVE & HIP-HOP ATLANTA’
Among the main characters in this 10-episode series are Stevie J, a three-time Grammy Award-Winning producer who has worked with artists such as Diddy, Jay-Z and Mariah Carey, Stevie’s longtime girlfriend Mimi Faust, and a fiery up-and-coming Latina rapper named Joseline. There’s no shortage of drama with this strong-willed trio. Also featured are Lil Scrappy, best known for his 2006 smash hit, “Money in the Bank,” his girlfriend Erica Dixon, and his mother, a former hustler known as “Momma Dee.” The hometown hero, Atlanta rapper Rasheeda, is still searching for that big hit after years in the hip hop game, but she’s constantly at odds with her manager Kirk Frost – who also happens to be her husband. Rounding out the cast are the talented songbird K.Michelle, and Trinidadian R&B singer Karlie Redd.

It’s so obvious to see it in her face… that wide nose, her lips, plus you need to retake history classes because you should know by now that LATINA ISN’T A FREAKIN’ RACE! You can be white, black, native Indian and even have ancestors from the Middle East or Asia, but be Hispanic or Latino because you were born and are a citizen of a Spanish speaking country.
Also, ghetto people like yourself need to stop trying to make it like those “other races” make their races look bad when they don’t. When people see whites fighting, it’s absolutely nothing, but when it’s an ethic group, it’s just contributing to all the negative stereotypes about them! Blacks are “known” for being loud, obnoxious, stank, ghetto, uneducated and just mean. Because we live in a world where white is the “top race,” whatever negative things they do doesn’t stereotype them as much as it does with ethnic groups. It’s been like that for years and unfortunately will continue to be like that. Is it right?? Heck no, but with all the jokes about blacks on TV by our people or other races and the statistics that prove blacks have the highest aids rate in this country amongst their group, are far less likely to go to college than the white race, kill each other (black on black crime) than any other race and many other things… any person that’s going to act stank and ghetto on TV, is just going to contribute to the stereotype about blacks.
