chaka khan has always been a very beautiful woman. she looks absolutely ravishing and on the bet awards, if she did’nt sashay that stage, doing her little signature dance. luv the red hair on her too, she is one of the few who can wear that shade of red. and, on top of that, her music is classic and timeless. y’all better recognize a diva and a legend when you see one.

Yes, I guess that’s true about artists being molded into POP acts even back then. I guess it is Chaka’s resistance to this that makes me love her all the more.
