GUESS WHO: HEADING TO LUNCH w/ HUSBAND & STEP-DAUGHTER

Indeed! Although I do feel shes been gone way too long. Some people feel once you escape the concrete jungle, that you have no responsibility or debt owed to it. But in reality we are all Camden for life. I’m 27, and made it my duty to always, rich or poor, give back to my city. Even if its just helping out a few kids with school supplies, winter coats, college care packages, uniforms, sneakers etc. the little things make a big impact. No press conferences, cameras and media in the hood. Just tough love and the struggle.

I think people are to quick to judge even though they don’t f**king have a clue… How in your mama’s hell can you be so sure that she is not “giving back” to her city, “helping out a few kids with school supplies” when cameras are off. Because you see her enjoying life on few pics doesnt mean she forgot where she came from.
I mean what’s the point of making it a whole press conference thing if you’re truly sincere with it. Maybe she gave more than what you just exposed about you, seeking for greetings and attention….

Huh? Lol Don’t know where the assumptions came from but what I said was not negative. Camden is not but so big. If she was physically contributing to the city it would be well known. And if she isnt, your right, theres no one to judge. I said what “I” am able to do on a small scale, college grad, everyday citizen. 

I wouldn’t disrespect Tasha if u paid me lol I was a surviver of the North Camden life she escaped. She’d be proud to see that the kids of her close friends from back then turned out well. My mother, father, her twin and her mother all suffered a raw deal back then. My comment is my opinion about someone who made it out of the hood that these kids don’t know about but can be inspired from. 

I’m no Einstein, so no I don’t have a clue to what she’s doing when the cameras aren’t rolling, but I believe her presence in the city, even if for a day can do a lot of good right now. My comment about there being no press conferences, cameras etc. In the hood  is in response  to the cities current condition. 

This man is obviously doing alot more than just “holding t down”. He “married” a d@mn cr@ckhead and is doing just about the most difficult thing a blak man can do, which is raise a daughter. Some of you black females need to spend as much time scrutinizing yourselves and congratulating black females for conducting themselves correctly as you do black males.
