ON THE SET: KEKE PALMER & SHERRI SHEPHERD FILM ‘ABDUCTED’ IN VANCOUVER

July 3rd, 2012

Keke Palmer and Sherri Shepherd filmed scenes for their upcoming Lifetime movie, Abducted: The Carlina White Story out in Vancouver, Canada over the weekend.

In the Vondie Curtis-Hall-directed film, Keke plays the lead role of Carlina White, a 23 year-old woman who was once abducted and reunites with her parents after realizing that she was kidnapped from a hospital after 19 days of being born. Shepherd plays Joy White, Carlina’s biological mother while actor Roger Cross plays Carlina’s paternal father, Carl Tyson.

You may remember the true story of Carlina Renae White aka Nejdra “Netty” Nance, the Connecticut woman who solved her own kidnapping case early last year after being abducted as an infant from the Harlem Hospital Center in New York, NY. Her abductor was a 50 year-old woman named Ann Pettway, who now has been convicted for her crime, plead guilty to kidnapping earlier this year and has yet to be sentenced.

Crazy. Lifetime’s Abducted: The Carlina White Story is said to premiere later this year. More pics after the jump!
