Rapper Rick Ross is no stranger to good eats, especially since opening his own Wing Stop restaurant in Tennessee last year. Mr. Rozay himself sat down with Bon Appetit Magazine and talked private chefs, fave foods and his love for cheese! Check out some snippets below..
ON PRIVATE CHEFS:
“It’s a 24-hour menu. You can get something light. You can get something heavy. I love Italian, but I may wake up in the middle of the day and want some tacos.”
WHAT HE LIKES TO COOK:
“I got one thing: I take the aluminum foil and I put a nice piece of tilapia on it, season it good, then put a bundle of broccoli and two or three slices of cheese over it. I fold it up and sit it on the grill. Voilà!”
HIS WINGSTOP RESTAURANT IN MEMPHIS:
“I love it. I put it in one of my songs: “She’s thinking Philippe [restaurant] / I’m thinking Wingstop.” I know she wants fancy wine and all that, but boy, I’ll get you a nice lemonade to go with those lemon-pepper wings.” [ READ MORE ]
