@CIRC1984: Memphitz did an interview which he stated that she has been saying this for a while now. He then went on to say thanks to her he was let go from his record label job. I totally agree with you when it comes to her having proof…. But in turn she has already cause damage before he even was married and had a child with Toya, why wasn’t K handle back then. The only problem I have with this situation is: If K is lying why doesn’t he take her to court for slander. And if he is lying why does she not take him to court for the millions he stole. As everyone keeps saying it’s his story her story and then the truth. I am not trying to be smart, but at this point I don’t care about all three. The interesting this about this is, people are so quick to jump to MempHITZ defense, but what people fail to realize is that she’s been saying he beat her LONG before she was even on the show. Second, IF it was a lie, he would’ve sued her for Defamation of Character, which he has yet to do.

I think its good that she is puting this out there. Evryone thinks she’s lying, but I actually believe her. I grew up in a home where my father beat my mother. On the outside, noone had a clue. Alot of times abusers are very charasmatic, fun to be around and handsome,(I.E. Chris brown) . That means NOTHING. So many women become ashamed and keep their mouths shut, Im happy that she’s speaking out.

SMH…..I really think it’s unnecessary for her to do this. She seems very bitter and needs to let go. I’m not taking sides with Memph, but why keep bringing up old stuff. Since she stayed there is nothing more she can say about it. Trying to be vindictive and putting him out there is making her look bad. Moving on and being happy would be the best thing for her.
In reality, we as people need to stop taking sides on who to believe because we weren’t there. If K wants to tell her story, let her tell it. At the end of the day it is not stopping us from losing sleep. All these “she’s a lying bitch, she just for fame”. Any who knew K. Michelle before the show, knows that she reported she was abused my him. So it’s not for fame. We can’t judge people if we havent been in their shoes ourselves, same goes for Toya. She says she would have called the police but be honest do most women do when their abused? It’s usually the people close to them that reports it even if they know. My best friend was abused by her boyfriend for years. No one knew at all. Plenty of times I had to hide her from him. She finally had the strength to move on but she never called the police because she was scared. I attempted to call the police but she begged me not to because of her safety afterwards. Now her ex boyfriend has a new girlfriend who he treats like a queen from what I see and hear. Different people go through different things. We can’t call someone a liar if we were not there.

Toya commented that she K.Michelle was a fatal attraction, hater, and so forth, when what she should have done to defend her man was to keep her mouth closed. As a woman who says she lost a good friend to domestic violence, i’m really saddened that she would choose to talk bad about K. Michelle when she does’nt have a clue as to what happened…
Now i’m not a fan of anyones, but this is a very important issue that people dont take serious. I believe the reason Memphitz wont pursue legal action is because he knows what he did to that woman, plain and simple, And Toyas not made for tv ass need to sit back and observe first, and speak later…..
It is just weird to me that no one else has accused him of abuse.I think he hit her but it was just like Rhianna and Chris brown, she attacked and he was defending himself and now she wants to cry victim. It happens everyday. Women provoke men until they hurt them then they want to cry and say he is abusive. But it is the woman that is causing him to snap. It is not right for a man to hit a woman but women have to be heald accountable for their actions. I don’t believe she is telling the whole story. I think she is usuing this as a way to get public sympathy and sales. Also she is doing this when she found out he was married. She keeps saying they were suppose to get married. The issue I have with this situation is that Memphitz did say that the police were present. K. never has mentioned the police. This has stuck out like a sore thumb to me because why would an abuser lie about calling the police after an alleged attack??? it doesn’t make sense. On top of that, those who saw her after the incident said that she didn’t even have a scratch nor scar on her, which baffles me because she is saying that she blacked out from the beating. These same witness confirm that she didn’t start coming out with these allegations until after Memphitz was on Toya’s reality show.
I’m not taking sides, but I don’t think she is being 100% honest about it.
I don’t know what the situation is because I don’t watch reality television but for people to say she didn’t get beat or that he didn’t do it is crazy. None of us were there so how could we know. I only find it strange because K Michelle has been going on with her life for a while now and it seems that this story is making headlines now for some reason. Even if she has been saying it why has she never come public about it before? Why wait until he is married? Wouldn’t warning another woman help her not go through the same thing? Although every relationship is different an abuser is an abuser.
