She’s sick with Lupus. She has flare ups at any moment… It also effects your mental state. If she was healthy,please believe,she would do all those things. Oh,she also has heart disease.

Your math is off. She had to leave her Vegas show in 2008 due to health. Her last album came out 2010. So that means there was 2 years in between. I think her financial situation is straight now. Also, I do not think she has had any plastic surgery since 1996. Even back then all she done was a minor nose job and a boob job. Clearly she naturally looks good but it is also obvious that she uses a lot of make up.

@Indigo you know someone who has been affected by it? My sister has soft factors of a butterfly rash. It hurt her feelings when she had lost a little of hair. Because, my sister has long ass hair. Super long. She went to the dermatologist and asked about her occasional red flaring up and the doctor told her that he knew it was lupus but she needed to see a rheumatologist to really know for sure. My sister kind of favors Jurnee Smollett just a bit more fair skin if that is possible. She was diagnosed with lupus at 23 years old and at 24 she lost a little bit of hair and OMG her reaction wasn’t pretty. Her entire life she has never worried or even thought about her hair but when that had happen. She was starting to panic that it would happen to her entire head. Luckily it didn’t and they told her with treatment she should be fine. Funny part is my sister probably has always had lupus it just was laying dormant until she was 4 months pregnant and started having a shit load of complications and one of them being the butterfly rash. Because my mother told her it didn’t look like ance…

@Rehabkid. Yes I know a few people with it. One being my sister. She found out the same way your sister found out. Her hair was thinning out,and she is known for her hair..She had just had surgery,so this caused the dormant Lupus to wake up. Another family member of mine has it too. She was diagnosed with it @ 12 yrs old. She has been in the hospital for like a year,no school for her. She was a beauty but now her face is scared and her hair is so thin,she can’t even get a weave if she wanted to. This disease has taken away her teen years. To be honest,I don’t think she is gonna win this battle because it is so severe.. They are looking to put a port in her shoulder. Lupus is a humbling experience. My sister and this other family member where all about hair a looks,now theirs are gone…

I am deeply SORRY to hear about your Sister and 12 Year old family relative. Your sister probably struggles with it like my sister. It’s tough. I feel even worse for your 12 year old relative. That is just tragic that her youth has been taken from her. Heartbreaking yo!!! Ugh, it’s def humbling and honestly teaches you a lot about how vain our culture has become. And symptoms such as short term memory lost go unnoticed,there for they are not addressed. Yes, she has had plastic surgery.. They all had their nose done. But if you look at Seal and anyone else with Lupus,where it effects the skin,their nose thins out. If I had a rash covering my face and could have plastic surgery,please believe I would be under the knife and fork. But now that I think about it,people with Lupus are told surgery can cause severe flare ups. So I don’t think she would just have people cutting on her in vain.(shrug) Seal is a man,so a scared up face is more acceptable.. But Toni is in a business where her looks is her bread and butter.

Toni Braxtons face doesnt look that different from when she was younger she has gained some weight from when she was younger but she is still tiny look at her thighs and she is very short. people look different on television and pics compared to real life. Yes she has lupus flares and her makeup artist tries to slim her face but it really isnt that noticable in real life ive seen her in person recently without makeup she looks like a lil girl with just a few acne blemishes. her sisters dont get work done and Tamar only had a nose job. So i wish people would stop claiming too much plastic surgery white celebs get a lot of work done to look younger black celebs actually age better and dont need to.

I am all for the holistic approach.. But the alkaline diet is not for everyone. And I think many in the conscious community are preying on blacks,because we are so easy to fool. It’s all about making money with many of them. Many of them don’t even follow the diets they preach about. I know a female that,after drinking some alkaline water broke out all over her body.. I know a male who preaches about an alkaline diet on a daily basis,but can’t feed himself nor has he ever had any alkaline water, just piggybacking off of what he has heard in the conscious community. lol Making him and many others snake oil doctors.

I believe that the body can, and will, cure itself of anything with the proper treatment but that takes an in depth knowledge of herbs. The Lord does heal; He puts herbs in the earth for that purpose and blesses certain people with an in depth knowledge of those herbs and how they should be administered (Ecclesiasticus 38:1-9: “Honour a physician with the honour due unto him for the uses which ye may have of him: for the Lord hath created him. For of the most High cometh healing, and he shall receive honour of the king. The skill of the physician shall lift up his head: and in the sight of great men he shall be in admiration. The Lord hath created medicines out of the earth; and he that is wise will not abhor them. Was not the water made sweet with wood, that the virtue thereof might be known? For the most part, our people no longer have that knowledge so I’m not against using mainstream medicines as long as it’s for the purpose of healing.

I agree. The body is made to heal itself. The wonders that Apple Cider Vinegar and Coconut oil alone can do is astounding. I suffered from allergies to everything for a long time until I started using Apple Cider Vinegar and it was quickly reversed. I for one do not believe in modern medicine. People have been living for years in remote parts of the world just eating berries and nuts and living to be 100. That’s a far cry from how people are living now. I believe anything can be cured if you do the proper research. My cousins doctor told her she had Lupus but she got a second opinion and she didn’t have it at all. Most of these doctors try to sell you on all different types of medicine just to make money. Most people don’t even need to take meds but they will quickly write you a prescription for one. My mother supposedly had high blood pressure. I told her to stop stressing herself and get into natural remedies from the earth and she now does not have to take high blood pressure medicine. The drug companies know what they are doing. This is a billion dollar company. Maybe even trillion and their job is to keep us on as many drugs as they possible can. I try to tell everyone I know to get off the meds they are on. There are things on this earth grown from dirt that can cure anything. The mind is funny because it can make you believe the meds are helping you when in all actuality you helped yourself get better by just believing that the meds helped you.

Exactly. That is why I put “lupus” in quotation marks. I’m not a herbologist, but I do know that the scriptures state that the Lord creates herbs to HEAL MAN. Like you said, there are indigenous peoples that live to be well over 100 years old, while the caucasian attempts to promote that life spans today are the longest that they’ve ever been. The white man does not like to admit when he doesn’t know something, so what he does is tell you that there is “NO CURE”.

Yes, brotha I am familiar with both of them. I mentioned Dr. Boyd Graves and the “microbioinoculator” on this website numerous times when they would post their “A!DS DAY” threads. He stated that the government was using that weapon, the “microbioinoculator” to infect black females with the so-called “H!V” virus. Of course, that is not as seductive as blaming the black man for why black females are being infected. Sebi is an example of a master herbologist. He has cured A!DS and allegedly cured many celebrities of it, and allegedly cured Eddie Murphy of herpe$. If I remember correctly, he was sued by the U.S. government for his claims to have cured H!V and A!DS, and he was able to produce over 20 people of different races that he was able to cure. A!DS was created by a caucasian scientist named Robert Gallo by combining cat and monkey RNA strands. It’s hilarious that people actually believe that with all the billions that have been donated to cancer and A!DS research that there are no cures. The money is in the medication, and the diseases are necessary for population control.

@Rehabkid.. I’ve asked several people who have mentioned Dr. Sebi,where is he located,this seems to be a mystery. No one knows. The people that speak of him have never seen or met him in person. I’ve been asking for two years now. I haven’t heard his name mentioned in a while. Two years ago,I couldn’t go on online without seeing his name.

Go to his website just type his name in google and you can get his products and even speak to his relatives to get a better understanding of what treatments you might need etc. I have yet to take any of his treatments but I heard they work well if you follow them. My thing is the hardcore diseases he claim he can cure. I want to know where and how.

Anything. All these years I have been taking Benadryl for allergies and I have always hated taking any meds because I was sick with Bronchitis as a child so once I was old enough and wise enough to do research I learned that there is nothing that can’t be cured. There are things that have been sitting in our kitchens that can cure so many ailments. I watch drug commerical after drug commercial come on television and I can’t believe that people actually feed into it. One of the drugs had a side effect which was death! My boyfriend and I looked at each other like What!!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I thought we were the only two that saw this commerical but then my sister’s starting calling like did you see that shit? That’s one of the reasons why I stopped wathcing the idiot box(television.

@Judah That’s who Left Eye was seeing while in Honduras.. When I heard he had a base in Honduras,I thought about Left Eye,but I never heard anything about her being one of his patients,until today. I was just thinking about her while reading the Aliyah thread. I recently had the chance to watch the Left Eye documentary of her last days,and something was so eerie about it. She didn’t look happy at all. It seems she knew she was going to die.
