R&B singerChris Brown appears in court with his attorney Mark Geragos for a probation progress report hearing on Monday (September 24) in Los Angeles, California.
This is the first time Chris has appeared in court in over a year and he reportedly failed a drug test, testing positive for Marijuana. However, the judge may not penalize him for it because she never ordered him not to take drugs and his also has a legal medicinal marijuana prescription. Chris’ community service records are also being questioned and will have to be reviewed again. Check out the full story on USA Today.

That’s awkward, but not unusual. My friend works at a jail and says the victims in a domestic abuse case almost always remain in contact with the defendant. They call trying to pay for the defendant’s bail, or put money in the defendants commissary (sp?).
I’d pray for him too since his sentence was a tad more harsh than ther defendants under similar circumstances. But drugs aren’t something to play with and I would question his mental stability if he can’t quit knowing he has regular drug tests.
