I agree. I think the main problem is the song is “mediocre” and the dance moves seem very forced instead of natural. This video concept seems like a combination of the desert scene from Janet’s “You Want This” and parts of Janet’s “If” video. Unlike Janet, Ciara’s rhythm is not natural and Ciara’s music is subpar which makes this song/video cute but very forgettable.
Well, to be honest. She delivered in the best season. Beyonce isn’t around and we don’t have any female urban acts destroying the charts. Rihanna is going to be her only threat and they both play in two different arenas. Overall, I think it’s safe to say she’s safe. For a moment, it was looking like Ciara wasn’t lucrative to the elite anymore. Ciara also looks a little lighter and a bit more blonde this time around.

It was nice. I’m not sure why kids came in at the end, but it was okay. She needs to get those song writters that Rihanna gets, she could bring so much more to a music video than Rih could, she just needs the right theme and I’m sure she’ll be a hit again.

Hopefully the video is able to carry it because she.looked great. Kudos.. actually one of my favorite videos of the year.

I like it but honestly if she wants a career she needs one of those poppy dance singles, not necessarily that played out House crap, but something that is going to attract the younger audience that she clearly plays to. This after all is the next heir apparent to Janet (since Aaluyah’s passing), so expect more.
I know her fans are happy “she’s back” but this song is terrible, it sounds like a willow smith song. She needs better writers, like rihanna. Everyone knows she can dance but can she sing?
