the song is actually quite nice but I’m not fond of some of Solange’s dance moves.
I think that was the point!! The dance moves are suppose to be that way! She wasnt trying to be a dancer.. It was about having fun!! This video is HOT!!
I loved her dance moves, they were a flashback to 90′s… and like ^^ said… she was having fun with it, she knows she’s no Beyonce’ when it comes to dancing but does dancing have to be perfect?? It’s just supposed to be fun.

I was thinking the samething, but towards the end of the video I realize that’s the theme they were going for. I love the song, the vibe and her. She is “NOT Beyonce” people. I’m not saying she is “NO Beyonce”. Those who think deeper know what I mean. Her sound, look and genre of music is totally different and I LOVE IT. On my album to buy are hers and ELLE VARNER.
Finally, they used all her sister’s connections, money and resources to produce somthing that’s pretty good. This girl was truly a piece of work, and even though this is another one her attempts to create an image, I must say, this works for her. I really like the song. It fits her vocal range. I really like what her stylist has done with her. Nice, Solange.

Like many really talented, non-commercial artists, people sleep on Solange. “Losing You” is just okay – it’s not as good as the best work on “Hadley Street Dreams” and not as bad as the worst stuff on “Solo Star.”

I really like the song and the video. The song is giving very 80s tease. It’s giving me Jody Watley and Madonna from the 1980s. A lot of people just don’t get Solange. She doesn’t want to be her sister. She doesn’t want to dance or do the same music as Beyonce. If she did then everyone would say she is a copy cat and that she has no personality of her own. She is her own person. I don’t think she is being fake or trying to develop some kind of likeable image for the public. She is just being herself. Her being from Houston does not define who she is as a person. Solange is just different and we should not be afraid to embrace someone who isn’t like everyone else.
