Not really what was expected from Ester Dean, but check out the singer/songwriter’s cover of Bonnie Raitt’s 1991 hit, “Can’t Make You Love Me.” The track has a similar feel to Rihanna’s Dean-penned single, “Where Have You Been?”
No official word, but rumors are circulating that this new track might be the first taste of Ester’s debut album, Story Never Told, which totally refutes previous reports of Missy Elliott appearing on the alleged single, titled “How You Love It.” In any event, no word on when Ester Dean will drop her new album, but in the mean time, you can catch her in the feature film, Pitch Perfect, in theaters now.
