TMZ got their hands on exclusive video of Nicki Minaj going in on Mariah during an American Idol taping in North Carolina on Tuesday. You definitely have to watch the video to see what happens but you can hear Nicki saying, “I told them, I’m not f*ckin’ putting up with her f*ckin’ highness over there.” Interesting.. Some say this is a publicity stunt for ratings but who knows. What do you think?

I was so pissed when I first heard about this situation. I was saying… Nicki needs to know her place and never mess with such an iconic figure such as Mariah Carey. Nicki is nowhere near her level and never will be. Nicki sounded bratty, ghetto and juvenile.
I remember being in a situation where a coworker was getting ghetto with me and I was standing up for myself and telling her to “keep it classy and professional” and held back what I really wanted to say, didn’t cuss, but was stern with her. I didn’t yell either and on top of that, many people, throughout my life, have always told me I was very reserved and/or shy and such a nice and mature person. I thought I handled the situation fine, but come to find out, the sinister, two faced manager got rid of both of us because I was “argumentative with her,” but I knew it was because I was not one to suck up to him or any other manager. In this instance, Mariah was talking over Nicki, making smart remarks and not leaving the situation alone. I actually thought she handled it well, being that Nicki got loud with her, but unfortunately, at a job, managers don’t think that way.
I wonder what happened to make Nicki go off like that. I empathized with Nicki when I heard her previous experiences with working in customer service such as Red Lobster because I know how intense of a job it can be. I hate customer service because people are disgusting, crazy, mean, and condescending and if they yell at you, threaten you, or call you names you have to “remain professional” and it is the hardest thing in the world. I believe if you want respect, you have to show it. She looks crazy, but she and Mariah were cool a couple of years ago when they collaborated together. I don’t know… it can be hard when working with people. And I also realize that Nicki is finally in a position where she can CUSS SOMEONE OUT AT A JOB AND NOT GET FIRED.
