After a much needed hiatus, CONCRETE LOOP is finally back and we have a brand new layout! This layout features a new photo gallery, updated comment area, updated search, custom new backgrounds, user profiles and much more. We definitely listened to some of the feedback that was given late last year and will be tweaking things on a weekly basis as the site moves forward.
I for one am happy to be back because I honestly missed the CL community and bringing you guys the latest in Black Entertainment, News and Music.
Last but not least, I want to thank all our LOYAL readers for sticking with us through the last couple of bumpy months. All the emails, tweets, Facebook messages really motivated me to finish this new layout.
Moving forward, there will be a return of some familiar faces behind the scenes on the site, as well as some new ones.

The new site layout is dope. I like how the backgrounds change with the pages. One suggestion: if the reader could view photos (maybe in a slideshow format) without having to go to a new page, that would be great. I don’t know how that affects your hits, but if it doesn’t it would be really convenient. Back to business as usual at CL. Love & Light.
Unfortunately, that isn’t an option. However, you can view thumbnail sized images from each separate gallery without leaving the page. If you want to see the full size or HQ you will have to click page to page. The thumbnails are located below each image, just click on the arrows and they scroll. Hope that helps and thanx for the feedback.

I just happened to come to the site and see that you guys were up and running again. I hadn’t seen any updates on my newsfeed via Facebook (trying to figure out why that is) but oh well I got you logged into my feedly and all that jazz. . You are one of the few places to visit where I can get my new music fix. I love the layout and hope that a mobile site is coming in the near future.
