Talented singer-songwriter Miguel covers the special Grammy issue of Billboard Magazine. The 26 year-old spoke with the magazine about Grammy weekend changed his life. He walked away with a Grammy for “Best R&B Song” and also got a list of new celebrity fans after his short performance of “Adorn” on the live telecast. Not to mention, the single sales shot up the next day.

artists today need to take time to grow into being an artist most back in the day started early like childhood and could contribute glowing performances by the age of 19 or 20 —now they start at 20 and think their suppose to blow up in 1yr gain alot of titles and fake nods and be solidified as artists….what a nightmare
excellence is earned….tiger woods, whitney houston, serena williams, debbie allen, of the world don’t happen over-night….mediocrity does though….you must start early or work your a@# off…………these artists today care more about money than the art or making a difference in the world….that’s why they aren’t memorable, inspiring, nor treasured……too much wasted on nonsense….i wish more money, time, and invest was being made into education and music education for students while they are young—helping them to stay out of trouble and learn a noteworthy skill
