Justin Timberlake joins forces with Jay-Z for a clean black and white visual for his first single, “Suit & Tie,” directed by David Fincher.
The track serves as the lead single from Justin’s long-awaited third studio album, The 20/20 Experience, due out in stores March 19th.
So, no one’s going to mention that Robin Thicke has done, and overdone this? This boy is talented, but something about him screams cheesy and calulated.
Justin has done this way before Robin Thicke- NSync -Gone, Girlfriend then his other 2 albums, where have you been? Even before Justin, there was Jon B and Hall & Oats, Michael McDonald , you really need to research on music, Robin wasn’t the first guy who was doing Blue eyed soul and singing high like that. You should look it up.
I never mentioned “blue-eyed soul” itself….every white person who sings with feeling is considered blue eyed soul: from Adele, to Duffy, Amy Winehouse, etc..thats cool. What im referring to, is this “suit & tie”/gentleman/black & white/big band imagery is played out….thats what I meant.
he’s a rich married man, he’s only singing about something he can relate to. You should be happy he’s singing about suit and ties and not showing a woman how her p#### works.

I think it’s cheesy and tired as well, and I’m saying this a real fan of his. He can do much better.
Just because he’s Justin Timberlake….pack it up Miguel, Robin and any other artist trying this. Yes it’s been done before, but JT will sell longer than Robin and like dumb ass white girl on the grammys. who’s miguel. The song is just ok, Jay verse is slick and just always feel good. JT lyrics, the same…but this dude will sell. Period, point blank.
