Last year during his appearance at the charity concert ’12.12.12′, Kanye West made headlines for rocking a leather skirt-kilt during his performance. Fast forward to this year and he is reportedly asking a major photo agency to remove all evidence of these photos. According to Gawker,
“It is now impossible to purchase a picture of him in it from a photo agency. Getty confirmed that they were asked to scrub their site of the several shots of Kanye from the 12-12-12 show they hosted. They wouldn’t say why.”
This comes on the heels of the diss track that underground rapper Lord Jamar just released this week. In an interview with SOHH, Jamar says he wrote the track because he is sick of the feminzation of hip-hop.
First of all, it’s not just jabs at Kanye West. It’s anybody promoting the “feminization” — of the Black man in hip-hop culture. Anybody that I see out there, rocking dresses and all of that type of shit, I might shoot a jab at. But Kanye is one of the ones right now that’s representing that movement. He’s one of the first ones that you see in a skirt. Now you got other people following suit and rocking full-out dresses or they’re trying to rock kilts. We’re not Irish. We’re not Europeans. Rocking kilts and all that is just another excuse to introduce that skirt style. You understand what I’m saying? And I’m not with it. This has nothing to do with sexuality, who they choose to be with and all that, I’m not even talking about that. I’m talking specifically about, what is hip-hop? And that’s not hip-hop. Rocking dresses with mean faces, that’s not hip-hop.

Lord Jamar is not considered underground as he was in Brand Nubian. He is a lyricist and I remember him acting on Oz.
Jamar spoke relatively well but he encapsulated his statement within the fictitious realm of “hip hop” in order to protect himself from the h0m0sexual mafia. He needs to state his actual point, that being that the luci*ferian powers sponsoring “hip hop” are using certain B0ULE degenerates in the recording industry to subliminally promote “transgenderism” and gender confusion.

i agree with Felicia Mancini. Ye’s a genius in my eyes, hes different and not like alot of artists and paves his own way. reguardless of how senselss he can be at times i still admire his creativity , plus his style is unique. Just because he wore a kilt doesnt mean hes expressing feminine gestures~ it just forefronts his level of artistry… look how drastic wayne changed over the years lol… from hoodrich bama to lime green fur boots?? ~ doesnt make him questionable…just shows his maturity and growth to think outside of the box,something tons of people are afraid to do.
