Weeks after the whole Keyshia Cole Twitter rant / shade throwing on Superbowl Sunday, Michelle Williams has now decided to put her foot down and lay the whole debacle to rest. The Destiny’s Child singer-actress sat down with Chicago’s V103 host Kelly Mac to talk about the incident and accusations of her responding to Cole’s out of pocket tweets.
Where did I have the time? We were too busy celebrating. The unfortunate thing about social media is that so many things can be fabricated. I will say this once and I will not say it again. I did not tweet what was said that I tweeted. And I actually put that out there. Always look at that person’s original timeline. I do not delete tweets. So if you did not see it on my original timeline, then know that it did not come from me.
As far as Keyshia’s claims about Michelle allegedly making comments about her Soul Train performance, the ‘FELA!’ actress went on to say that she is a spokesperson for National Voices for Equality, Education and Enlightenment (NVEEE) organization and would never encourage bullying. Peep her complete interview after the jump. You can catch her response at the 6:05 mark.
